1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tattoo AI Ink Maker – TattooAI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. TattooAI is an AI-powered tattoo design and visualization application that allows users to generate, preview, and experiment with tattoo designs. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

TattooAI is intended for users aged 13 and above. You agree to use the app only for personal and lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

Use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities,
Generate content that violates laws or third-party rights,
Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the app,
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission.

4.1 Face Data & Biometric Information

Tattoo AI Ink Maker – TattooAI does NOT collect, store, retain, or share any face data, biometric data, or sensitive personal information.

When users upload photos that may include a face, such images are processed only temporarily and in real time for the sole purpose of generating tattoo visualizations.

Face-related data (including facial features, landmarks, or biometric identifiers) is never extracted, analyzed, saved, or used for identification purposes.

All image processing is performed either on-device or in secure memory, and no face data is stored on our servers or shared with any third parties. Uploaded images are automatically deleted immediately after the generation process is completed.

TattooAI does not use face data for tracking, profiling, advertising, training AI models, or any form of user identification.

            Important: TattooAI generates visual content using artificial intelligence.
            Generated designs are for inspiration and visualization purposes only.
        

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

TattooAI uses artificial intelligence to generate tattoo designs. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be unique or error-free. TattooAI does not guarantee that generated designs are free from similarity to existing tattoos or artworks. Users are responsible for verifying originality before real-world use.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of TattooAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data such as uploaded images and usage information is handled and protected.

5. Subscriptions & Premium Features

TattooAI may offer optional premium features, including but not limited to: unlimited tattoo designs, AR try-on, faster generation, ad-free usage, and watermark-free downloads.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation,
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal,
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via App Store Account Settings,
Subscription fees are non-refundable in accordance with Apple policies.

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to TattooAI if these Terms are violated or misuse is detected. Users may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

7. Disclaimer

TattooAI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI outputs, or suitability of designs for tattooing. TattooAI is not responsible for decisions made based on generated content.
